By now most internet users have heard about the concept of auto responder follow up systems and how these systems can help in their everyday marketing efforts. Auto responders not only are effective, but this method of follow up marketing can save you a ton of time and money if used correctly. In this article we want to talk about some of the features and benefits that auto responders offers and how that you can incorporate this powerful marketing tool into your promotion activities and immediately increase your earning potential substantially.

With the automated e-mail follow-up system you can program your system to automatically send out a series of pre-written follow-up messages that you've designed that will keep your name and your company name in front of the internet users that possibly may have an interest in your product or services.

There are several different features and benefits that you can use in this particular segment of a good e-mail follow-up responder system. What you do here is, set up a series of pre-written messages that you design especially for a particular e-mail campaign regarding a specific product or service and these messages are sent to your prospect list over a given time frame and set number of days between deliveries.

You may want to stagger your contacts without overwhelming your potential clients with a bunch of BS, but at the same time making sure that you are providing the user with enough vital information to make an intelligent choice when they're ready to proceed with the action of buying or not to buy your product or service.

So don't be too aggressive but be persistent in your marketing efforts. So, what can you do with an auto responder system that will help you increase sales and in turn generate more profits for your business?

Make sure that your follow-up e-mail sales messages are carefully designed and worded to help move your potential client closer to the sale with each follow-up responder message you send.

Send more pertinent information about your product or service with each e-mail follow-up. The internet is all about good relevant information about your opportunity in order to help the potential client make an informed choice before purchasing an online product or service.

Provide valuable free information to the user by sending important copy about how your product will make the user's life and everyday activities more acceptable and enjoyable. This will build credibility between you and your potential client very quickly.

Occasionally offer special offers to existing or previous customers. Don't overdo it here or they will come to accept the idea that if they wait long enough they will get your opportunity at a discount or even free.

Offer free training classes or courses from time to time. These may be a one on one situation or maybe small groups would be more effective. In groups make sure you maintain control of the group conversations or you will lose more than you would ever gain.

Consider giving a targeted e-books away to help the potential client understand more about the general conception of your opportunity. You might want to give away some screen-savers, ring tones or something else that is a hot item on the market to help build your credibility. Use a bit of imagination when it comes to marketing and you will soon reap some tremendous dividends for that little bit of extra effort.

You may want to provide a weekly or monthly newsletter or an ezine which will help you to build credibility between you and the user. Having links pointing to your site from well recognized ezine publishers is an excellent way to be recognized, build credibility and boost sales all at the same time.

Do some research and use your imagination to build a strong e-mail marketing strategy that will rocket your results to heights never before dreamed about.
