I think the programmers who are responsible for this wonderful contribution to our society should be commended for giving of their time and talents so everyone can participate in this wonderful world, called the internet.

One of the most important chores of a web site developer must be the implementation of usability features to a web site. Since changes are occurring on a daily basis, it's imperative to keep up with the new changes and take advantage of these exciting improvements.

By merely improving the function of easier navigation on a web site is so important for the user. Making this process easier for all web surfers can make a tremendous difference on how one's site is accepted by online users as well as the bottom line profits for any business.

By making a site more friendly, it will definitely improve the web sites usability and when the end user is happy, everybody wins. In one recent survey it indicated that nearly 40% of attempts online were either spoiled or was unsuccessful because a site was built without consideration for the end user. As a result many online businesses have lost a considerable amount of business because of sloppy web design. Poor usability will kill a site rather quickly; however, an experienced web site developer can normally make some basic changes and correct many of these issues rather quickly.

By improving a web site and making it easier to use, will improve the end users satisfaction, and in turn will make your site more competitive in the marketplace. One must use every advantage they can muster, if you want to become a powerful online force.

With all the millions of web site online today, what makes the difference between an acceptable and a non acceptable web site is the usability factor. Any time spent to improve the usability of your site, will be reward substantially.

There are two important elements that user's and search engines look for before they make a positive decision about whether to accept your online business opportunity. One is the quality and accuracy of the content in the site and the other is ease of access to the site and the ability to navigate the site effortlessly.

It makes absolutely no sense to take the time to build a good looking site and not include good content. It doesn't make any sense to build a site with good content and make it difficult to navigate either. Most users will just click off and go to another site that shows that care was taken during the building of that site.

There are different opinions on how lengthy a web site should be. It all depends on how graphic you want to get with your descriptions of the values of your key points in the site. Many of the search engine recommend a site to have 5 .. 6 pages with between 500 .. 600 words per page. It is recommended that if you have multiple products that each product has its own page with a good description of the product and links pointing to other products or services within the site.

Each product page must have quality content, have above average accessibility, ease of navigate and super easy to read and understand.

The length of the pages and the web site itself must correspond with the relevant content and the purpose for that content. This process must be well thought out and implemented in the early planning and development stages of building any web site.

Using links on a page and pointing those links to other relevant information pages that confirms the value of your information may be the ideal way to consider when building a site. Just make sure that when the user clicks off the link that they will be directed to return to your main page so the user can finish reviewing all your quality information.

Conduct an in depth review of your existing web site. Make certain that you've meet all the suggestions referred to above. Look at your site with a critical eye and if you see any questionable areas in your presentation, then by all means make the changes to make your site more user friendly. In the process however, don't forget about the importance of adhering to all the guidelines and algorithms of the search engines.
