A 700 to 1,000 word article is about as much as I ever will personally write. If your article is longer, divide the writing into a two part series. Make sure your spelling and punctuations are always correct in your writings. This shows professionalism in your writing as well as the technical aspect of your product or service.

Always provide an Authors Resource Box at the end of your writings. Keep your bio to about 300 characters and include your web site URL, personal contact information and a couple of relevant links to areas of interest to support your views.
